This light and spacious four bedroom Catskill Mountains retreat was thoughtfully renovated in 2020 by the 2nd generation owners to maintain the original character of the chalet, and adding modern designer elements and amenities, as well as smart features.

The large eat-in kitchen with gas stove and stainless appliances has all that is needed for gourmet meals. Enjoy dinners, brunches and lunches around the large oak dining table that seats 8 comfortably. There's also multiple ways to make coffee and tea. 

Enjoy the hot tub year round, it's located next to the expansive back deck which runs the length of the house. There is a fire pit surrounded by a large flat yard leading to 2 streams. Keep a look out for the various wildlife!
